La rave-party départementale qui avait été annoncée dans un premier temps dans le secteur de Guingamp aura finalement lieu à Saint-Potan (non loin de Fréhel) comme l’a annoncé la préfecture des Côtes-d’Armor ce matin. Le secret a été gardé jusqu’au dernier moment. La localisation exacte du site sera précisée au cours de la matinée. Les premiers raveurs devraient arriver dès vendredi soir.
